We can also theme the workshops to fit in with your event too! We provide the hoops, the teacher and all the fun!

For groups and classes already familiar with the basics in hula hooping we have a range of workshops to extend and expand on your hooping skills, including:

HOOP N MOVE

This class is designed to combine simple hula hoop tricks with easy-and-fun dance moves. Perfect for complete beginners or more seasoned hula hoopers/dancers, its a class that focuses on getting fit in a fun way (and not getting every move right).
